Under the chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner Dr. Waghmare Prasad Krishna, a meeting of Agriculture, Aatma, Farmer School, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries, Horticulture etc. was held in the Collectorate Auditorium on Monday. In the meeting, first of all, information was given by the District Agriculture Officer about the corrected and verified data regarding distribution of wheat, maize, gram, seeds and agricultural loan waiver under Rabi in the financial year 2023-24. Information about KCC applications pending and rejected at the bank level was given. Instructions were given to take necessary action against the bank manager who accepted less KCC.

In the Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar program, information was also given about the applications received and executed of KCC. Instructions were given to complete the scheme on the remaining land pending against the target in the Pradhan Mantri Krishi Sinchai Yojana. In the meeting, the work being done under Krishak Pathshala was discussed and necessary instructions were given to the District Agriculture Officer. Information about new farmer producer groups formed in the district under NABARD was given. Besides, new proposals were also discussed. Deputy Development Commissioner Dilip Pratap Singh Shekhawat, District Agriculture Officer Shivpujan Ram, DDM NABARD Sanjay Trivedi, District Fisheries Officer, District Animal Husbandry Officer, LDM Navendu Kumar, District Horticulture Officer Santosh Pandey and others were present in the meeting.
